We provide an important gas safety service, essential to keeping you safe and warm using your gas fire at home. This is particularly important for the vulnerable and elderly as the weather turns colder.
As a transplant recipient Simon is vaccinated against COVID and we understand exactly how important the safety measures are.
While the restrictions have been lifted we continue to use appropriate personal protection equipment and maintain social distancing as appropriate.
Any payments are preferred to be cashless using our card reader.
Contactless payment, Apple or android pay is available.
Where a pin needs to be entered the keyboard is cleaned before and after each use with alcohol wipes.
Where possible we would ask you to keep internal doors open to minimise contact with door handles while we work in your home.
We are mindful of vulnerable people who need shielding or additional support, please tell us what you need. We would also urge you to wear a face covering when we are working in your home with you.
⏰If you are unable to keep the appointment date, please inform us 24 hours before we attend, we will be happy to offer an alternative appointment date.
You must contact us if you have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 or a serious infectious illness.
